WARRANTY

One -Year Limited Warranty

B2B Cabinet provides this limited warranty to the original purchaser of its products. For a period of one (1) year, B2B Cabinet warrants that its cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when the products are used and maintained under normal conditions. This warranty applies exclusively to residential use and may not be transferred to another person or party. No B2B Cabinet representative or other person is authorized to expand, modify, or otherwise change the terms of this warranty.

If a product covered by this warranty is determined to have a defect in materials or workmanship, B2B Cabinet may, at its discretion, either repair the affected product or provide a replacement that is functionally equivalent. Replacement components are dependent upon availability and may not exactly match the parts originally supplied.

B2B Cabinet may request that the defective product or component be returned before a replacement is authorized. B2B Cabinet will be responsible for the cost of approved repair or replacement parts. All additional expenses associated with the repair or replacement remain the responsibility of the customer. These expenses may include, without limitation, labor charges and the costs associated with removing and reinstalling the product.

This warranty does not provide coverage for ordinary wear and tear. It also excludes defects or damage arising from accidents, improper use, abuse, or failure to perform required maintenance. Coverage is likewise excluded when the product has been altered or modified, improperly installed, improperly handled or stored, or exposed to environmental conditions that affect its performance or appearance. Labor and other related expenses are not covered by this warranty.

Wood is a natural material, and differences in color, texture, and grain pattern are inherent characteristics of wood products. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

Over time, the appearance of cabinetry may naturally change as a result of environmental exposure. Factors such as natural or artificial lighting, moisture, cleaning products, smoke, and similar conditions may cause wood to darken, mellow, or otherwise change in appearance. Such changes are considered a normal part of the natural aging process and are not covered by this warranty.

Changes in humidity may also affect wood products. In particular, low humidity conditions can result in joints opening or separating. This is a natural response of wood to environmental conditions and does not constitute a defect covered by this warranty.

Certain B2B Cabinet product collections are manufactured with glazed finishes that are intended to enhance the appearance of the cabinet color and emphasize the profiles of doors and drawer fronts. Because the glaze is applied by hand over a painted or stained surface, variations may naturally occur during the finishing process.

Individual cabinets and components may therefore display differences in color or appearance, as well as occasional drips or runs. These variations are a normal characteristic of hand-applied finishes and are not considered defects.

Wood naturally expands and contracts as environmental and climate conditions change. Because of this natural movement, painted cabinet surfaces may develop small fractures or cracks in the paint, particularly around joints. These occurrences are considered normal characteristics of wood and painted finishes and are not considered manufacturing defects.

This warranty is offered only for products located within the United States of America and is not transferable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B2B Cabinet shall not be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Certain states may not permit limitations or exclusions concerning incidental or consequential damages, or limitations regarding the duration of an implied warranty. In those jurisdictions, some or all of these limitations may not apply.

This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under applicable state law, which may differ from one state to another.

A customer seeking warranty service should first contact the B2B Cabinet supplier from whom the product was purchased. The warranty claim must be submitted in writing and should include photographs clearly showing the issue or alleged defect. Proof of purchase must also be provided with the claim.

If the original B2B Cabinet supplier is unavailable or cannot be contacted, warranty claims may be submitted directly to the B2B Cabinet Warranty Department at claims@b2bcabinet.com.
