Designer/Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Conduct inside sales

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with clients to design layout plans that meet their specific requirements

- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing and discounts

- Process transactions accurately

Skills:

- Some knowledge on cabinets

- Strong sales skills

- Excellent customer service abilities, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships

- Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer

- Familiarity with retail math concepts, including calculating discounts

- Experience in inside sales

- Ability to create estimates and invoices accurately
